How we handle it
How we handle tricky calls
- Emergencies
- Our agents tell callers to hang up and call 911, then immediately alert your emergency contact.
- Card payments
- By default, agents send your customer your secure payment or booking link instead of taking card numbers by phone. If you approve it in writing, agents enter card details only directly into your own payment system.
- Call recording
- We may record calls for quality and training, and agents tell callers. Ask us not to record and we will not.
- Anything outside your rules
- Agents do not guess. They take the details and reach your emergency contact.
What we do not do
We support your business. We do not provide vehicles, drivers, or transportation, and we are not an emergency service. We do not offer truck dispatching yet.
