Vantus Outsource LLC (“Vantus,” “we,” “us”) provides live dispatch and reservation support to limo and car service companies. This policy explains what information we collect through vantusoutsource.com and our services, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect. Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, business address, and anything you write in our forms, agreements, or setup questions. Billing information is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card or bank numbers. If you have an account, we keep your account details, the requests you send us, and a record of sign-ins (time and browser) to keep your account secure. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; we never store passwords. Our website uses a few strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to save your signup progress; they are not used for advertising. Website usage information, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
How we use information. To respond to requests, provide and set up our services, send agreements, invoices, and service messages, contact you about our services with your permission, improve our website, keep our services secure, and meet legal requirements.
Client customer information. When we provide services, our agents may handle information about our clients’ customers, such as names, phone numbers, and trip details. We use it only to provide services to that client, keep it confidential, and delete it when our agreement ends, as described in our Service Agreement.
Sharing. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (which also runs our online signing), form tools, phone system, payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider, and analytics provider, and only as needed for those services; when required by law; or to protect our rights and safety. Our team members, including our agents in Pakistan, access information only as needed to provide our services.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. To stop texts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Calls and texts. If you give us permission, we may contact you by phone, email, or text. Reply STOP to stop texts, or tell us to stop calling. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we tell callers when this happens.
Third parties on our website. Our website host, Cloudflare, provides our website analytics and security and may process information about your visit, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, limited access, one-time sign-in codes instead of passwords, two-factor logins for our own business tools, and a secure password manager. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor; we never see or store full card or bank numbers. No method is completely secure, and if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
How long we keep information. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example business records such as agreements and invoices, including the record of how an agreement was signed online (the signer’s IP address, browser, and time of signing), for up to 7 years, and inquiries that do not become clients for up to 24 months.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or stop marketing messages, by emailing info@vantusoutsource.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Children. Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
