Sign up online in about 15 minutes. Then we set up access with you and make a test call before your coverage starts.

Build your plan
Choose business hours, weekends, weeknights, 24/7, or your own schedule, the number of agents, your time zone, your start date, and your software. You see your weekly price as you go.
Tell us about your business
Your legal business name, your contact details, and your business address, exactly as they go into the agreement.
Answer a few setup questions
How you want calls answered, how you take bookings, and who to call if something goes wrong. Every question is optional: anything you are unsure about can wait for the setup call.
Read and sign the agreement
You see the full Service Agreement with your details filled in, and sign it online by typing your name. You can download your signed copy right away. Nothing is charged yet.
With our team
Official right away
We sign at the same moment you do, so the agreement is official, and you get the fully signed copy by email.
Pay for your first week
We email you a secure Stripe link. Pay by bank account or card and save it for weekly billing.
Setup call and test call
We set up secure access to your dispatch software and your call forwarding together, go over your booking rules, then call your line to make sure everything works.
Coverage starts
Your calls are answered in your name during your hours. From then on, we bill weekly in advance and credit any hour an agent did not work.

What we need from you
- Access to your dispatch software and phone system, and call forwarding during your coverage hours
- Accurate booking rules, prices, policies, and driver contacts, kept up to date
- A contact our agents can reach for emergencies or decisions outside your booking rules
We never ask for passwords by email or form. Logins are shared only through a secure password manager, and you can give each agent their own login so access is easy to track and remove.
